Анотація: Анотація. Сучасна економіка все більшою мірою стає цифровий. Зараз відбувається цифрова трансформація практично у всіх галузях економіки: виробництві, фінансовому секторі, секторі послуг, в освіті, інфраструктурних галузях і т.д. Бізнес-спільнотою та урядами країн світу усвідомлена необхідність цифровізації та цифрової трансформації економіки з метою досягнення конкурентоспроможних позицій у просторі нової світової економіки, що вимагає науково-методичного опрацювання такого роду змін.
Сьогодні цифрова економіка є не просто актуальним економічним трендом, а новою логікою організації бізнес-процесів у будь-якої компанії та галузі. Цифрові технології є інструментом трансформації бізнесу. Вони розроблені для обробки інформації, на основі яких приймаються управлінські рішення, адаптуються пропозиції під конкретних клієнтів.
Без чіткої стратегії неможливо успішно проводити цифрову трансформацію будь-якої компанії, необхідно точно розуміти, як саме цифровізація допоможе компанії досягати встановлених цілей. Цифрова трансформація — це довгостроковий проєкт, який вимагає системного та серйозного підходу. У статті дано трактування понять цифровізація та цифрова трансформація. Поданий зміст процесу цифрової трансформації та стратегії цифрової трансформації. Сформовано зовнішні та внутрішні чинники, які впливають на цифрову трансформацію.
Автором запропоновано етапи цифрової трансформації на основі проєктного підходу.
Відзначено роль різних керівників у процесі цифрової трансформації на різних етапах її впровадження.
Описано ключові технології, використання яких є базою для цифрової трансформації, такі як роботизація, аналіз великих даних і предикативна аналітика, інтернет речей, штучний інтелект, віртуальна і доповнена реальність, технологія оптичного розпізнавання, блокчейн та інші.
Матеріали статті мають науково-методичний характер. У статті розглянуто методичні підходи та методи до розв’язання проблем у цифрової трансформації.
Abstract: The modern economy is increasingly becoming digital. Now there is a digital transformation in almost all sectors of the economy: manufacturing, financial sector, services, education, infrastructure, etc. The business community and governments of the world are aware of the need for digitalization and digital transformation of the economy in order to achieve a competitive position in the new world economy, which requires scientific and methodological study of such changes.
Today, the digital economy is not just a current economic trend, but a new logic of organizing business processes in any company and industry. Digital technology is a tool for business transformation. They are designed to process information on the basis of which management decisions are made, proposals are adapted to specific customers.
Without a clear strategy, it is impossible to successfully carry out the digital transformation of any company, it is necessary to understand exactly how digitalization will help the company achieve its goals.
Digital transformation is a long-term project that requires a systematic and serious approach. The article gives an interpretation of the concepts of digitization and digital transformation. The content of the digital transformation process and digital transformation strategy is given. External and internal factors influencing the digital transformation are formed. The author proposes the stages of digital transformation based on the project approach. The role of different leaders in the process of digital transformation at different stages of its implementation is noted. Describes key technologies that are the basis for digital transformation, such as robotics, big data analysis and predictive analytics, the Internet of Things, artificial intelligence, virtual and augmented reality, optical recognition technology, blockchain and others. The materials of the article have a scientific and methodological character. The article discusses methodological approaches and methods for solving problems in digital transformation
