Наукове фахове видання «Моделювання та інформаційні системи в економіці» - збірник наукових праць, було засновано у 1965 році Київським інститутом народного господарства імені Д.С. Коротченка (з 2008 року ДВНЗ «Київський національний економічний університет імені Вадима Гетьмана»).
Входить до переліку наукових фахових видань категорії "Б", що рекомендуються Міністерством освіти і науки України.

Мета видання
- створення платформи для поширення, обміну та структуризації наукової інформації;
- оприлюднення результатів актуальних досліджень науковців з України та інших країн;
- забезпечення відкритого доступу до знань для вчених, студентів і практиків у сфері прикладної та фундаментальної економічної науки, економіко-математичного моделювання, системного аналізу, кібербезпеки, методів штучного інтелекту та експертних методів, цифрової трансформації економіки.
Тематика публікацій
Редакційна колегія видання приймає наукові статті, присвячені таким проблемам:
- поясненню, моделюванню, прогнозуванню економічних процесів
- економіко-математичному моделюванню підприємницької діяльності
- оцінюванню закономірностей формування та аналізу тенденцій розвитку і взаємозв'язків масових економічних, демографічних та соціальних явищ і процесів регіонального, галузевого, національного і глобального рівня
- прикладним питанням застосування інформаційних технологій в економіці,
- цифровій трансформації економіки,
- прикладним питанням кібербезпеки бізнесу
- методології наукових досліджень та економічної освіти.
Відбираючи публікації, редакція керується актуальністю проблематики статті в сучасному науковому дискурсі, коректністю обраних авторами методів дослідження, науковою та прикладною цінністю отриманих результатів.
Збірник, починаючи з першого випуску (у 2020 році вийшов 100-й, ювілейний випуск), внесено до переліку наукових фахових видань України, у яких можуть публікуватися результати дисертаційних робіт на здобуття наукових ступенів доктора і кандидата наук.
The scientific professional publication "Modeling and Information Systems in Economics" - a collection of scientific papers, was founded in 1965 by the D.S. Korotchenko Kyiv Institute of National Economy (since 2008, the State Higher Educational Institution "Kyiv National Economic University named after Vadym Hetman").
The main task of the publication is to create a platform for the dissemination, exchange and structuring of scientific information, to provide an opportunity for scientists from Ukraine and other countries to publish the results of current research; to ensure open access to scientific knowledge for scientists, students and interested professionals in the field of applied and fundamental economic science, economic and mathematical modeling, systems analysis, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence methods and expert methods, and digital transformation of the economy. The editorial board of the publication accepts scientific articles devoted to the problems of explanation, modeling, forecasting of economic processes, economic and mathematical modeling of entrepreneurial activity, assessment of patterns of formation and analysis of development trends and interrelationships of mass economic, demographic and social phenomena and processes of regional, industry, national and global levels, applied issues of the application of information technologies, digital transformation of the economy, methodology of scientific research and economic education.
When selecting publications, the editorial board is guided by the relevance of the issues of the article in modern scientific discourse, the correctness of the research methods chosen by the authors, the scientific and applied value of the results obtained. The collection, starting from the first issue (in 2020 the 100th, anniversary issue was published), is included in the list of scientific professional publications of Ukraine, in which the results of dissertations for the degree of Doctor and Candidate of Sciences can be published.
