Modeling and Information System in Economics
Редакція Збірника наукових праць «Моделювання та інформаційні системи в економіці» оприлюднює погоджені з авторами для публікації статті визначаючи, що усі матеріали, представлені у публікації, знаходяться у вільному доступі і можуть бути використані іншими дослідниками з науковою некомерційною метою на умовах ліцензії Creative Commons (CC BY-NC-SA 4.0).
Згідно умов ліцензії:
- автор(и) зберігають авторські права на свої роботи;
- дозволяється вільне використання, розповсюдження та адаптація матеріалів за умови належного посилання на автора (ів) та джерело.
Допоміжні дані (набори даних, первинні записи вибіркових досліджень, результатів опитувань, програмні додатки, фото-, аудіо-, відеоматеріали), використані в процесі підготовки статті автори розміщують самостійно, або, за спеціальним запитом і погодженням – на носіях інституціонального репозиторію КНЕУ імені Вадима Гетьмана. В останньому випадку режим доступу до цих матеріалів визначається правилами і регламентами роботи інституціонального репозиторію КНЕУ імені Вадима Гетьмана.
В разі подання обґрунтованого запиту на надання доступу до допоміжних даних з боку читачів, рецензентів чи редакторів, автори зобов’язуються погодити з ними умови, період та технічні засоби надання доступу, а подавач запиту на надання доступу до даних зобов’язується проінформувати редакцію про результати ознайомлення та підготувати аргументований звіт про результати ознайомлення в разі, якщо вони спонукають до відмови у публікації чи обґрунтовують вимоги до авторів доопрацювати статтю.
З 2026 року збірник дотримується моделі diamond open access: відсутня плата за подання статті (submission fee), відсутня плата за публікацію (APC).
Редакція збірника наукових праць «Моделювання та інформаційні системи в економіці» у своїй діяльності керується міжнародними стандартами відкритої науки та відкритого доступу і регламентує процеси взаємодії з авторами, читачами, рецензентами спираючись на такі ініціативи:
- принципи відкритого доступу, сформульовані в Budapest Open Access Initiative (BOAI);
- положення Berlin Declaration on Open Access to Knowledge in the Sciences and Humanities;
- вимоги та рекомендації ініціативи Plan S (Coalition S);
- принципи відкритої науки, визначені в рамках UNESCO Recommendation on Open Science (2021).
Збірник дотримується принципів прозорості та академічної доброчесності відповідно до рекомендацій Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) та вимог відкритої науки.
Open Access and Licensing Policy
The Editorial Board of the collection of scientific papers Modelling and Information Systems in Economics publishes articles approved with the authors for publication, determining that all materials presented in the publication are freely available and may be used by other researchers for scientific non-commercial purposes under the terms of the Creative Commons license CC BY 4.0 .
According to the terms of the CC BY 4.0 license:
- authors retain copyright to their works;
- free use, distribution, and adaptation of materials are permitted, provided that proper reference is made to the author(s) and the source.
Supplementary data, including datasets, primary records of sample studies, survey results, software applications, photographic, audio, and video materials used in the preparation of the article, are deposited by the authors independently or, upon special request and agreement, on the storage media of the Institutional Repository of Kyiv National Economic University named after Vadym Hetman. In the latter case, the access regime for these materials is determined by the rules and regulations governing the operation of the Institutional Repository of Kyiv National Economic University named after Vadym Hetman.
In the event of a justified request for access to supplementary data from readers, reviewers, or editors, the authors undertake to agree with them on the conditions, period, and technical means of providing such access. The person submitting the request for data access undertakes to inform the Editorial Board of the results of the review and to prepare a reasoned report on the results of the review if they lead to a refusal of publication or substantiate requirements for the authors to revise the article.
Since 2026, the collection has followed the diamond open access model: there is no article submission fee and no article processing charge (APC).
In its activities, the Editorial Board of the collection of scientific papers Modelling and Information Systems in Economics is guided by international standards of open science and open access and regulates the processes of interaction with authors, readers, and reviewers on the basis of the following initiatives:
- the principles of open access formulated in the Budapest Open Access Initiative (BOAI);
- the provisions of the Berlin Declaration on Open Access to Knowledge in the Sciences and Humanities;
- the requirements and recommendations of the Plan S initiative of cOAlition S;
- the principles of open science defined in the UNESCO Recommendation on Open Science (2021).
The collection adheres to the principles of transparency and academic integrity in accordance with the recommendations of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) and the requirements of open science.
