Анотація: У статті розглядається феномен соціальної ятрогенії як форми соціальної патології, що виникає внаслідок медичних або соціальних інтер венцій. Охарактеризовано основні механізми її виникнення та вплив на со ціальне становище індивідуумів і груп. Особлива увага приділяється нас лідкам соціальної ятрогенії, включаючи стигматизацію, дискримінацію, соціальну ізоляцію та втрату соціальної ролі. Запропоновано шляхи бо- ротьби з соціальною ятрогенією через удосконалення медичних стандар тів, соціальну реабілітацію та політичні ініціативи.
Abstract: The article examines the phenomenon of social iatrogenesis as a form of social pathology arising from medical or social interventions. It describes the main mechanisms of its occurrence and its impact on the social status of individ uals and groups. Particular attention is paid to the consequences of social iatro genesis, including stigmatization, discrimination, social isolation, and the loss of social role. Ways to combat social iatrogenesis through the improvement of med ical standards, social rehabilitation, and political initiatives are proposed.
