ПРАВИЛА ОФОРМЛЕННЯ ТА ПОДАННЯ РУКОПИСУ (НАУКОВОЇ СТАТТІ) ДО ЗБІРНИКА НАУКОВИХ ПРАЦЬ

“Моделювання та інформаційні системи в економіці”

Загальні вимоги

  • До розгляду приймаються оригінальні наукові статті, що відповідають профілю збірника, не були опубліковані раніше та не перебувають на розгляді в інших виданнях.
  • Статті подаються українською мовою.
  • Авторам без наукового ступеня рекомендується подавати роботи у співавторстві з науковцями, які його мають.
  • Вітається співавторство з іноземними дослідниками.
  • Відповідальність за зміст, достовірність фактів та дотримання академічної доброчесності несуть автори.

Документи, що подаються до редакції

  1. Рукопис статті у друкованому та електронному вигляді.
  2. Відомості про автора (авторів) українською та англійською мовами:
  3. прізвище, ім’я, по батькові;
  4. науковий ступінь, вчене звання;
  5. посада, місце роботи (повна назва кафедри/установи);
  6. сфера наукових інтересів;
  7. ORCID ID;
  8. електронна адреса, телефон.
  9. Супроводжувальний лист, у якому зазначається, що стаття не була опублікована раніше і не подана до інших видань.

Структура статті

Відповідно до вимог МОН України (Постанова Президії ВАК № 7-05/1 від 15.01.2003), стаття повинна містити:

  • УДК (у верхньому лівому кутку).
  • JEL Classification codes (за https://www.aeaweb.org/econlit/jelCodes.php).
  • Метадані українською та англійською мовами (у верхньому правому кутку, курсив, 12 пт):
  • прізвище та ініціали (жирним), науковий ступінь, звання, місце роботи, посада, населений пункт, країна, e-mail, ORCID.
  • Назва статті українською та англійською мовами (великими літерами, по центру, жирним, до 10 слів, без крапки).
  • Анотація українською та англійською мовами (300–350 слів). Структура:
  • актуальність дослідження (Urgency of the research);
  • постановка проблеми (Target setting);
  • невирішені частини проблеми (Uninvestigated parts of general matters defining);
  • мета дослідження (The research objective);
  • основний матеріал (The statement of basic materials);
  • висновки (Conclusions).
  • Ключові слова (до 10).
  • Основний текст, який повинен містити:
  • постановку проблеми;
  • аналіз останніх досліджень;
  • методику дослідження (деталізовано);
  • цілі статті;
  • виклад основного матеріалу з обґрунтуванням наукової новизни;
  • дискусію;
  • висновки та перспективи подальших досліджень.
  • Список використаних джерел (Література) – оформлений за ДСТУ 8302:2015.
  • References – переклад англійською, оформлений за стандартом APA (2010).


Загальні вимоги до оформлення матеріалів наукових праць

Матеріали наукових праць приймаються у вигляді файлів, які сформовані із застосуванням текстового процесора Microsoft Word.


Вимоги до оформлення матеріалів публікацій із застосуванням текстового процесора Microsoft Word

Формат аркушу – A4.

Орієнтація аркушу – книжкова.

Відступи ліворуч, згори, праворуч, знизу – 1.5 см.

Відступ на корінець – 0 см.

Гарнітура основного шрифту – Times New Roman.

Розмір шрифту – 14 пт.

Міжрядковий інтервал – полуторний.

Формули – редактор Equation; графіки й діаграми – Excel або Word; ілюстрації – чорно-білі, подаються окремо у вихідному форматі (*.cdr, *.tif тощо).

Порожні відступи між абзацами не застосовувати.

Правила оформлення структурних елементів статті

Оформлення УДК

Абревіатури УДК та JEL Classification codes розташовується в окремому абзаці та відділяється символом двокрапки з пропуском від подальшого номеру.

Вирівнювання - ліворуч.

Виділення жирними літерами.

Оформлення відомостей про автора (авторів)

Відомості про автора розташовуються в окремому абзаці, включають в себе: прізвище та ініціали; науковий ступінь та посаду із зазначенням підрозділу; назву організації.

Вирівнювання - ліворуч.

Прізвище та ініціали виділяються жирними літерами.

Якщо авторів декілька - в окремих абзацах вказуються окремі відомості по кожному з них.

Відомості про автора подаються українською і окремо англійською мовами.

Оформлення назви статті

Назва статті розташовується в окремому абзаці.

Назва статті вказується великими жирними літерами.

Вирівнювання - ліворуч.

Назва статті подається української і окремо англійською мовами.

Оформлення анотації та ключових слів

Анотація та ключові слова подаються англійською мовою і розміщуються в окремих абзацах.

Абзац з текстом анотації розпочинається реченням «Abstract .», яке виділяється жирними літерами. Абзац з ключовими словами розпочинається фразою «Keywords:», яка виділяється жирними літерами та відділяється від наступного тексту пропуском. Якщо матеріали статті містять нові наукові результати – то анотація повинна містити їх перелік. Якщо стаття не містить нових наукових результатів – то в анотації повинно бути зазначено, що матеріали статті мають науково-методичний або оглядовий характер.

Оформлення основного тексту статті

Основний текст статті подається з нового абзацу.

Оформлення бібліографічних посилань

Бібліографічні посилання оформлюються із дотриманням вимог ДСТУ 8302:2015. Список використаних джерел розпочинається заголовком з назвою «Бібліографічні посилання», який розташовується по центру аркушу, виділяється жирними літерами. Елементи списку бібліографічних джерел упорядковуються за абеткою. Спочатку розташовуються стандарти та закони, потім всі інші типи бібліографічних посилань. Посилання кирилицею розташовуються перед посиланнями латиницею та іншими абетками.

Приклади оформлення матеріалів публікацій дивіться у файлі, який надається разом з даними вимогами.

Додаткові умови

1. Стаття не повинна бути раніше опублікованою або в даний час знаходитись на розгляді для публікації в іншому виданні.

2. Автор погоджується з умовами ліцензійного договору, який розташовано на офіційному сайті збірника наукових праць.

3. Автори несуть особисту відповідальність за правильність, коректність та достовірність фактів, назв, тверджень та отриманих результатів, що викладені у статті.

4. Вміст статі проходить процедуру перевірки на плагіат.

5. Редакція категорично засуджує прояви плагіату і залишає за собою право відмовлення у прийнятті статті до публікування за умови виявлення плагіату.

6. Редакція збірника залишає за собою право незначного редагування вмісту статті з метою дотримання вимог формату та стилю збірника.


RULES FOR FORMATTING AND SUBMITTING A MANUSCRIPT (SCIENTIFIC ARTICLE) TO THE COLLECTION OF SCIENTIFIC PAPERS

“Modelling and Information Systems in Economics”

General Requirements

  • Original scientific articles that correspond to the profile of the collection, have not been previously published, and are not under consideration by other publications are accepted for review.
  • Articles must be submitted in Ukrainian.
  • Authors without an academic degree are recommended to submit papers in co-authorship with researchers who hold an academic degree.
  • Co-authorship with foreign researchers is encouraged.
  • The authors are responsible for the content, accuracy of facts, and compliance with academic integrity standards.

Documents Submitted to the Editorial Office

The following documents must be submitted to the Editorial Office:

  • Manuscript of the article in printed and electronic form.
  • Information about the author/authors in Ukrainian and English:
  • surname, first name, patronymic;
  • academic degree, academic title;
  • position, place of work, including the full name of the department/institution;
  • field of scientific interests;
  • ORCID ID;
  • e-mail address and telephone number.

A cover letter stating that the article has not been previously published and has not been submitted to other publications.

Structure of the Article

  • In accordance with the requirements of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, namely Resolution of the Presidium of the Higher Attestation Commission No. 7-05/1 dated January 15, 2003, the article must contain:
  • UDC index, placed in the upper left corner.
  • JEL Classification codes, according to: https://www.aeaweb.org/econlit/jelCodes.php.
  • Metadata in Ukrainian and English, placed in the upper right corner, in italics, 12 pt:
  • surname and initials in bold, academic degree, academic title, place of work, position, city/town, country, e-mail, ORCID.
  • Title of the article in Ukrainian and English, in capital letters, centered, bold, up to 10 words, without a full stop.
  • Abstract in Ukrainian and English, 300–350 words. The abstract structure should include:
  • Urgency of the research;
  • Target setting;
  • Uninvestigated parts of general matters defining;
  • The research objective;
  • The statement of basic materials;
  • Conclusions.
  • Keywords: up to 10.
  • The main text, which must include:
  • problem statement;
  • analysis of recent research;
  • research methodology, presented in detail;
  • objectives of the article;
  • presentation of the main material with justification of scientific novelty;
  • discussion;
  • conclusions and prospects for further research.
  • List of references — formatted according to DSTU 8302:2015.
  • References — translated into English and formatted according to APA style, 2010 edition.


General Requirements for Formatting Scientific Papers

Materials of scientific papers are accepted as files prepared using the Microsoft Word word processor.

Requirements for Formatting Publication Materials Using Microsoft Word

  • Page format: A4.
  • Page orientation: portrait.
  • Margins: left, top, right, and bottom — 1.5 cm.
  • Gutter margin: 0 cm.
  • Main font: Times New Roman.
  • Font size: 14 pt.
  • Line spacing: 1.5.
  • Formulas should be created using the Equation editor; graphs and diagrams should be prepared in Excel or Word; illustrations must be black and white and submitted separately in their original format (*.cdr, *.tif, etc.).
  • Blank spacing between paragraphs should not be used.

Rules for Formatting the Structural Elements of the Article

Formatting the UDC

  • The abbreviations UDC and JEL Classification codes are placed in a separate paragraph and separated from the corresponding number by a colon followed by a space.
  • Alignment: left.
  • Formatting: bold.
  • Formatting Author Information
  • Author information is placed in a separate paragraph and includes: surname and initials; academic degree and position, with indication of the department; name of the organization.
  • Alignment: left.
  • The surname and initials are highlighted in bold.
  • If there are several authors, information about each author is provided in separate paragraphs.
  • Author information is provided in Ukrainian and separately in English.

Formatting the Title of the Article

  • The title of the article is placed in a separate paragraph.
  • The title of the article is written in bold capital letters.
  • Alignment: left.
  • The title of the article is provided in Ukrainian and separately in English.

Formatting the Abstract and Keywords

The abstract and keywords are provided in English and placed in separate paragraphs.

The paragraph containing the abstract begins with the sentence “Abstract.”, which is highlighted in bold. The paragraph containing the keywords begins with the phrase “Keywords:”, which is highlighted in bold and separated from the following text by a space.

If the article contains new scientific results, the abstract must include a list of them. If the article does not contain new scientific results, the abstract must state that the materials of the article are of a scientific-methodological or review nature.

Formatting the Main Text of the Article

The main text of the article begins with a new paragraph.

Formatting Bibliographic References

Bibliographic references are formatted in accordance with the requirements of DSTU 8302:2015.

The list of bibliographic references begins with the heading “Bibliographic References”, which is centered on the page and highlighted in bold.

Items in the list of bibliographic sources are arranged alphabetically. Standards and laws are listed first, followed by all other types of bibliographic references.

References in Cyrillic are placed before references in Latin and other alphabets.

Examples of formatting publication materials are provided in the file supplied together with these requirements.

Additional Conditions

  1. The article must not have been previously published or be currently under consideration for publication in another journal.
  2. The author agrees to the terms of the license agreement available on the official website of the collection of scientific papers.
  3. Authors are personally responsible for the accuracy, correctness, and reliability of the facts, names, statements, and results presented in the article.
  4. The content of the article undergoes a plagiarism check.
  5. The Editorial Board strongly condemns any manifestations of plagiarism and reserves the right to refuse acceptance of an article for publication if plagiarism is detected.
  6. The Editorial Board of the collection reserves the right to make minor edits to the content of the article in order to ensure compliance with the format and style requirements of the collection.
