Порядок відкликання (ретракції) опублікованих статей
Редакція збірника наукових праць "Моделювання та інформаційні системи в економіці" передбачає можливість відкликання опублікованої статті за ініціативою автора (авторів), або редакції.
Підставою для відкликання з ініціативи редакції можуть бути не відомі редакції на момент публікації факти, що доводять стосовно оприлюдненої статті або її авторів:
- серйозні етичні порушення (плагіат, маніпуляція даними, інші явні порушення принципів описаних в розділі «Етика публікацій»);
- суттєві розриви між описаною методологією і фактично застосованими авторами процедурами роботи з даними, які підривають достовірність дослідження;
- проведення дослідження з використанням неетичних методів;
- повторна публікація результатів без належного посилання, дозволу чи обґрунтування.
Підставою для відкликання з ініціативи автора (авторів) може бути вимога автора (авторів), що обов’язково має містити пояснення причини відкликання, декларацію про добровільність та самостійність рішення автора (авторів) про відкликання, відмову від фінансових чи етично обумовлених претензій до редакції збірника наукових праць «Моделювання та інформаційні системи в економіці» та згоду на оприлюднення повідомлення про відкликання статті на сайті видання.
Етапи процедури ретракції за ініціативою редакції:
- після отримання скарги або за власною ініціативою редакція розпочинає внутрішнє розслідування.
- Автор(и) мають можливість надати письмову відповідь на висунуті претензії.
- За результатами розслідування редакція ухвалює рішення про необхідність ретракції.
- Офіційне повідомлення про ретракцію публікуємо на вебсайті журналу та в наступному номері, із зазначенням причини та дати ретракції.
- Онлайн-версія ретрактованої статті видаляється з доступу на сайті видання з посиланням на офіційну заяву про ретракцію.
У процесі ретракції редколегія керується настановами та рекомендаціями COPE
Етапи процедури ретракції за ініціативою автора (авторів):
1. після отримання заяви автора (авторів) редакція збирає робочу групу для прийняття рішення про ретрацію, що розглядає заяву і ухвалює рішення не пізніше ніж за два тижні від підтвердженого отримання заяви автора (авторів).
2. Офіційне повідомлення про ретракцію публікуємо на вебсайті збірника наукових праць "Моделювання та інформаційні системи в економіці", а онлайн-версія ретрактованої статті видаляється з доступу на сайті видання з посиланням на офіційну заяву про ретракцію.
Procedure for Retraction of Published Articles
The Editorial Board of the collection of scientific papers Modelling and Information Systems in Economics provides for the possibility of retracting a published article at the initiative of the author/authors or the Editorial Board.
The grounds for retraction at the initiative of the Editorial Board may include facts unknown to the Editorial Board at the time of publication that prove, with regard to the published article or its authors:
- serious ethical violations, including plagiarism, data manipulation, or other clear violations of the principles described in the section “Policy on Academic Integrity and Publication Ethics”;
- substantial discrepancies between the described methodology and the procedures actually applied by the authors when working with data, which undermine the reliability of the research;
- conducting research using unethical methods;
- republication of results without proper reference, permission, or justification.
The grounds for retraction at the initiative of the author/authors may be a request from the author/authors, which must necessarily include an explanation of the reason for retraction, a declaration of the voluntary and independent nature of the author’s/authors’ decision to retract the article, a waiver of any financial or ethically motivated claims against the Editorial Board of the collection of scientific papers Modelling and Information Systems in Economics, and consent to the publication of a retraction notice on the journal’s website.
Stages of the Retraction Procedure Initiated by the Editorial Board
- After receiving a complaint or on its own initiative, the Editorial Board begins an internal investigation.
- The author/authors are given the opportunity to provide a written response to the claims made.
- Based on the results of the investigation, the Editorial Board decides whether retraction is necessary.
- An official retraction notice is published on the journal’s website and in the next issue, indicating the reason and date of retraction.
- The online version of the retracted article is removed from access on the journal’s website, with a link to the official retraction statement.
- During the retraction process, the Editorial Board is guided by COPE guidelines and recommendations.
Stages of the Retraction Procedure Initiated by the Author/Authors
- After receiving the statement from the author/authors, the Editorial Board convenes a working group to decide on the retraction. The working group considers the statement and makes a decision no later than two weeks after confirmed receipt of the author’s/authors’ statement.
- An official retraction notice is published on the website of the collection of scientific papers Modelling and Information Systems in Economics, and the online version of the retracted article is removed from access on the journal’s website, with a link to the official retraction statement.
