Фінансування та плата за публікацію (APC). З 2026 року збірник наукових праць «Моделювання та інформаційні системи в економіці» дотримується моделі diamond open access: відсутня плата за подання статті (submission fee), відсутня плата за публікацію (APC).
Ця модель передбачає, що ні на авторів, ні на читачів не покладаються витрати, по’вязані з функціонування редакції, підготовкою та публікацією статей. Зокрема:
- автори не сплачують за подання, опрацювання, рецензування та публікацію статей;
- читачі мають вільний та безоплатний доступ до повних текстів публікацій;
- відсутні будь-які приховані платежі або додаткові збори.
Редакційна діяльність збірника здійснюється за фінансової та інституційної підтримки засновника.
Рішення щодо прийняття або відхилення статті ухвалюються виключно на підставі:
- наукової якості дослідження;
- результатів подвійного сліпого рецензування;
- відповідності профілю та вимогам збірника.
Редакція збірника наукових праць «Моделювання та інформаційні системи в економіці» у своїй діяльності керується міжнародними стандартами відкритої науки та відкритого доступу і регламентує процеси взаємодії з авторами, читачами, рецензентами спираючись на такі ініціативи:
- принципи відкритого доступу, сформульовані в Budapest Open Access Initiative (BOAI);
- положення Berlin Declaration on Open Access to Knowledge in the Sciences and Humanities;
- вимоги та рекомендації ініціативи Plan S (Coalition S);
- принципи відкритої науки, визначені в рамках UNESCO Recommendation on Open Science (2021).
Фінансові аспекти не впливають на редакційні рішення та не можуть бути підставою для пришвидшення розгляду рукопису.
Збірник дотримується принципів прозорості та академічної доброчесності відповідно до рекомендацій Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) та вимог відкритої науки.
Funding and Article Processing Charges (APC)
Since 2026, the collection of scientific papers Modelling and Information Systems in Economics has followed the diamond open access model: there is no article submission fee and no article processing charge (APC).
This model implies that neither authors nor readers bear any costs associated with editorial operations, manuscript processing, peer review, or publication. In particular:
- authors do not pay for submission, processing, peer review, or publication;
- readers have free and unrestricted access to full texts;
- no hidden fees or additional charges apply.
Editorial activities are supported by the founder institution.
Decisions on acceptance or rejection are based solely on:
- scientific quality;
- peer review results;
- compliance with the journal’s scope.
Financial considerations do not influence editorial decisions.
In its activities, the Editorial Board of the collection of scientific papers Modelling and Information Systems in Economics is guided by international standards of open science and open access and regulates the processes of interaction with authors, readers, and reviewers on the basis of the following initiatives:
- the principles of open access formulated in the Budapest Open Access Initiative (BOAI);
- the provisions of the Berlin Declaration on Open Access to Knowledge in the Sciences and Humanities;
- the requirements and recommendations of the Plan S initiative of cOAlition S;
- the principles of open science defined in the UNESCO Recommendation on Open Science (2021).
Financial aspects do not influence editorial decisions and may not serve as grounds for accelerating the review of a manuscript.
The collection adheres to the principles of transparency and academic integrity in accordance with the recommendations of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) and the requirements of open science.
