Анотація: У статті досліджено теорію «підштовхування» (nudge) як інструмент мʼякого впливу держави на економічну поведінку громадян. Проаналізовано теоретичні засади поведінкової економіки, механізми впливу архітектури вибору на прийняття рішень, а також можливості практичного застосування nudge-підходів у державній політиці. Особливу увагу приділено аналізу досвіду України під час кампанії вакцинації проти COVID-19 у 2021 році. На основі реальних статистичних даних побудо вано графіки динаміки вакцинації та здійснено порівняльний аналіз періо дів до і після впровадження поведінкових інструментів. Доведено, що ви користання nudge-підходів сприяє підвищенню ефективності державної політики без застосування примусових методів регулювання.
Abstract: The article examines the theory of “nudging” as a tool for the state to exert soft influence on the economic behavior of citizens. It analyzes the theoretical foundations of behavioral economics, the mechanisms of influence of choice architecture on decision-making, and the possibilities for the practical application of nudge approaches in public policy. Particular attention is paid to the analysis of Ukraineʼs experience during the COVID-19 vaccination campaign in 2021. Based on real statistical data, graphs of vaccination dynamics were constructed and a comparative analysis of the periods before and after the introduction of behavioral tools was carried out. It has been proven that the use of nudge approaches contributes to increasing the effectiveness of public policy without the use of coercive regulatory methods.
